Therapy works! In therapy I help you develop your capacity to respond to the world and its demands. Through therapy you increase your sense of freedom, choice, wellbeing and positive experience in relationships; as your development progresses, I am able at different times in your therapy to draw from a different combination of cognitive and psychodynamic models. My intentional, systems approach recognizes that when you change it impacts those around you, and part of our work centers on helping them change to accommodate the new you. Through therapy you find within you the power to make things better for yourself.
